ZTE

The ZTE multinational telecommunications equipment and systems company is based in China, and is one of the largest telecom equipment manufacturers in the world. The company’s core products would include optical transmission, data telecommunications, telecommunications software, wireless exchange and access, and of course, mobile phones. While ZTE may not be a household name in the United States, they’re fairly well-known on the eastern side of the globe, and they’re beginning to expend to the west in terms of their mobile device lineup. With phones that use Windows Phone and Android operating systems, ZTE is slowly growing, and will soon find a way to get its name out here in the west.
